Approvals and governed agents

Relaya’s agents can do real work — including drafting consequential actions like sending a follow-up email. But a person must approve before anything leaves the system. Approvals is where those pending actions wait for your decision.

The core guarantee

This is Relaya’s central governance promise:

Agents draft. Humans decide. Nothing consequential happens unattended.

An agent can prepare an action, ground it in evidence, and line it up for you — but it cannot send it on its own. You stay in control of everything that reaches the outside world.

Reviewing a pending action

Each pending action appears with a full preview so you can see exactly what would happen. For an email, that means:

Your decision

Two choices for each item:

Approve & send — the action is carried out as previewed
Reject — the action is discarded and nothing is sent

Who can approve

Approving requires a write role. Viewers can see the approvals queue but cannot approve or reject — it’s read-only for them. See Invite your team for how roles work.

Grounded, not guessed

The actions you review here are grounded in the evidence Relaya has gathered — the same signals you can inspect on a deal. You always have the final say, and you can reject anything that doesn’t look right.
