Relaya only works because it reads your real customer communication. That’s a serious responsibility, so we’re direct about what we process and why.

  • Records you create — accounts, contacts, deals, tasks, and notes.
  • Connected email and calendar — the content of messages and meetings from mailboxes you connect, including participants and timing. Relaya uses this to build the customer memory described in How Relaya works.
  • Basic identity details — your name and email address from your sign-in provider, so we know who you are and which workspace you belong to.

We process this data for one purpose: to provide the CRM to you and your workspace. That’s it.

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not use your customer data to build shared models across customers.
  • Content that is processed by an AI model provider to extract memory is handled under an agreement that prohibits using it to train that provider’s models. The specific provider is named in your pilot agreement — see Your data.

The customer data in your workspace belongs to you. You can:

  • Disconnect any mailbox or calendar at any time, which stops further processing of that source.
  • Correct or delete records — including anything Relaya inferred. You can confirm, edit, or reject what Relaya remembers.
  • Request export or deletion of your workspace data by contacting privacy@relayahq.com.

Only members of your workspace, according to their role. Relaya’s staff do not access your customer content except where strictly necessary to operate the service or provide support you’ve requested, and always under confidentiality obligations.
