Connect email and calendar

Relaya’s value comes from your real customer communication, so connecting a mailbox is the most important setup step. The moment a mailbox is connected, Relaya begins turning your messages and meetings into organized customer context.

  • Gmail and Outlook — your work email, for the messages that carry customer context.
  • Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar — your meetings, which add participants and timing to that context.
  1. Go to Connectors (or follow the setup steps on the getting-started screen).
  2. Choose a provider and select Connect.
  3. You’ll be sent to that provider to sign in and grant access. Relaya only requests the permissions it needs to read your messages and calendar and to send on your behalf when you approve it.
  4. After you approve, you return to Relaya and the source shows as connected.

A newly connected mailbox can bring in recent history so Relaya isn’t starting cold. Choose a window — for example the last 30 or 90 days — and Relaya imports and processes those messages in the background. You can refresh a source later to pull in what’s new.

From Connectors you can:

  • See the status of each connected mailbox and calendar.
  • Refresh a source to import newer activity.
  • Disconnect a source at any time. Disconnecting stops future syncing and revokes Relaya’s access to that account.

Connected messages become memory — evidence-grounded context that powers your accounts, deals, and daily priorities. To understand that pipeline, see How Relaya works. To understand how this data is protected, see Security and Privacy.
