Accounts and contacts
Accounts and contacts are the foundation of your CRM. Accounts are companies. Contacts are people.
Accounts
Section titled “Accounts”The accounts list shows a card for each company with:
- A company initial-avatar
- Industry
- Primary domain
- A lifecycle status — for example prospect or active
Open an account to view and edit its details.
Contacts
Section titled “Contacts”The contacts list shows people, each with an avatar and the accounts they belong to. Open a contact to see:
- Emails
- Phones
- Linked accounts
Creating and editing
Section titled “Creating and editing”You can create and edit both accounts and contacts yourself at any time. Fill in what you know — you don’t need every field to get started.
Let Relaya suggest them
Section titled “Let Relaya suggest them”Relaya can propose accounts and contacts from your connected communications. When it spots a person or company that isn’t in your CRM yet, it suggests one.
Importing in bulk
Section titled “Importing in bulk”Already have your data in a spreadsheet? You can bring accounts and contacts in all at once. See Import your data for how CSV import works, including how re-importing avoids duplicates.
