This page summarizes how your data is stored and handled. The binding specifics for your engagement are in your pilot agreement; the contacts below can provide the current details on request.

Where your data is stored

Your workspace data is stored in Relaya’s hosted infrastructure in a single region. Backups are taken regularly so your data can be recovered. The exact hosting region and provider for your engagement are stated in your pilot agreement.

Subprocessors

Relaya relies on a small set of trusted providers to operate. By category, these are:

  • Cloud hosting — runs the Relaya service and stores your data.
  • AI model processing — processes message content to extract memory and produce insights, under terms that prohibit training on your data.
  • Email and identity — the providers you connect (such as Google or Microsoft) for sign-in and for your mailbox and calendar, plus the service used to deliver Relaya’s own notification emails.

The specific vendors in each category are listed in your pilot agreement, and we’ll give you advance notice of material changes. For the current list at any time, email privacy@relayahq.com.

How long we keep it

We keep your workspace data for as long as your workspace is active, so Relaya’s memory of your customers stays useful. When you offboard, or on request, we delete your workspace data and revoke connected access. The specific retention and deletion timelines are set out in your pilot agreement.

Deleting or exporting your data

  • Disconnect a source yourself at any time from Connectors — this revokes Relaya’s access to that mailbox or calendar.
  • Delete individual records, including anything Relaya inferred, from within the app.
  • Export or delete your whole workspace by contacting privacy@relayahq.com.
