Sign in and your workspace

Relaya is a hosted product — there’s nothing to install. You sign in through your identity provider (such as Google or Microsoft), and Relaya never sees or stores a password.

On the sign-in screen, continue with your work email through your provider. Relaya verifies your identity with them and brings you straight into your workspace.

A workspace is your team’s shared home in Relaya — the accounts, contacts, deals, connected mailboxes, and memory all live inside it. Everyone you invite works in the same workspace and sees the same customer picture.

The first time an owner signs in, they name their workspace and become its first member. Creating a workspace requires a work email — a business address rather than a personal mailbox — because the workspace is a shared team account, and your email domain anchors its identity. Relaya even suggests a workspace name from your domain; you can change it.

If your team already uses Relaya, you don’t create a new workspace — you accept an invitation to the existing one. An admin invites your email, and you join automatically after signing in with the matching address. Invited teammates can use any email, including a personal one — see Invite your team.

If you belong to more than one workspace, switch between them from your profile menu in the top-right. Your most recent choice is remembered for next time.

Once you’re in, connect your email and calendar so Relaya can start building your customer memory.
